Well, while many of the cosmetics are free, by completing some of the event challenges, the Undertaker and other wrestlers' cosmetics are not. You have to go to the shop and pay Emissious to get one of the three skins, or the full pack. We find :

Undertaker → 800 Emissious
Asuka → 800 Emissious
Xavier Woods → 800 Emissious
A bundle with the three skins and other cosmetics → 2,000 Emissious
