Fifa 23 closed beta, test phase date

Fifa 22 is nearing the end of the season but is still bringing exclusive content to fans. In fact, right now, the FIFAe World Cup is taking place ! 

But what players are most looking forward to is probably the next FIFA 23 game. Its release date is scheduled for September 2022. But then will players have access to beta ? It seems so. And a first closed beta seems to be planned. Let's find out the date together !

When will the Fifa 23 closed beta take place ?

While the official reveal of the game seems to be only a matter of days away and the release date of September 30, 2022 had already been mentioned, new important elements would tell more about the next FIFA. For example, Kyllian Mbappé is said to be the only player on the game's cover, further confirming the player's status on the international stage.

Although the game has not yet been officially announced, it seems that test versions are already in the possession of some media. The closed beta should arrive soon however there is no precise date for the moment.
The Xbox One version of the beta would weigh no less than 37.31 GB, while the Xbox Series X|S version would be slightly heavier with an estimated weight of 38.85 GB.

But while we wait for more information, here's how to get an invite to the beta testing phase : 

• Log in to your EA account 
• Sign up and accept the term agreements.
• Go to 'Email Preferences', check the box 'Yes, email me about products(...)' and click on the update button.
• Click on the 'Community Playtesting' button and follow the instructions to sign up.
• Check the email linked to your EA account to see if you were invited.

Although this will certainly up your chances, there is simply no guarantee you'll receive an invite. Only a small amount of players who have opted in to get EA emails will receive a PlayStation or Xbox code in the inbox that's linked to their EA account.
