Summer Game Fest 2022 date, when does the event take place ?
You probably already know it ! Summer Game Fest, the world's first ever event celebrating fully online video games, is back! For the third year in a row, video games will be in the spotlight during a summer week. And with E3 taking another break this year, this event is even more important to gaming fans.
This year, the festival kicks off in June. But when exactly will this highly anticipated event be available ? Let's find out !
When will the Summer Game Fest 2022 take place ?
The Summer Game Fest starts on 9 June 2022 and ends on 12 June 2022. Streams will cover the event throughout the weekend, with a launch show on 9 June at 8pm CET. So get ready for some huge announcements during this 4-day party, with new trailers, release dates of your favorite titles, special guests and of course, some surprises ! While we don't know the full programme yet, Geoff Keighley has already shared some information. He declared that the announcements of this 2022 edition of the Summer Game Fest will mainly be centred on already announced titles. We already know that the expansion Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, The Callisto Protocol, Gotham Knights and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 are part of the programme.
