The Forest 2 PS5 release date, is Sons of the Forest coming to the console?
Sons of the Forest 2 has been eagerly awaited around the world, and the wait has come to an end this Thursday 23 February with the release of the title in early access on PC.
Given that Sons of the Forest is present on PC and that the title is playable in solo and in cooperation, some players are wondering if a release on PS5 is planned. If you are, the answer is no, at least for now.
Is Sons of the Forest coming to PS5?
If you're looking to see if Sons of the Forest will be available on PS5 well, at the moment the answer is no. However, the title is only available in early access and there's a good chance that when the game is officially released it could be playable on PS5, but also PS4. As a reminder, Endnight Games had offered The Forest on PS4 after the title was officially released after 4 years of early access in 2018.
Of course, we will keep you informed if the developers or the publisher communicate on this subject in the coming months. In the meantime, we remind you that in The Forest 2, you can recruit companions, but also collect useful items for your exploration such as the shovel, the diving mask or the rope gun.
