Dr Who x Fortnite, a coming in-game collab?
The current season of Fortnite, season 3 chapter 4 is coming to an end soon and rumours are starting to arrive around future collaborations for season 4 chapter 4 and beyond.
Among these possible partnerships could be one involving a very popular series that will soon be celebrating its 60th anniversary, namely Doctor Who. This rumour has leaked to X with a possible release date, as well as other information surrounding the collaboration.
New collab : Dr.Who x Fortnite !
It would appear that a collaboration between Doctor Who and Epic Games is under discussion. This rumour has become clearer over the last few hours, with new information filtering through on X, namely :
- The collaboration would take place in December 2023 or January 2024, which is roughly the same time as season 1 of Chapter 5, based on the length of each season.
- A special pass and mini-event would be offered
- The release was planned for November, but would be postponed due to a collab with LEGO
- The 15th Doctor Who would not be present
